Mobilitybase was founded in 2016 with a simple idea to offer a more reliable and personal approach to mobility lift installations and aftercare. From the start, the focus has been on delivering quality work and ensuring customers continue to receive support long after their lift has been installed.

We were founded on the belief that customers deserve more than a lift supplied from miles away with little support once it is installed. That is why we manage the complete project from start to finish, from survey and installation through to servicing, maintenance and long term aftercare. Rather than manufacturing lifts ourselves, we work with trusted manufacturers and install a range of proven products. Our engineers carry out surveys themselves and we repair and maintain a wide range of lift brands, not just the ones we install.

Today, we work with private homeowners, care homes, commercial sites and public buildings across Kent, London and the South East. Whether it is a new installation or ongoing support years down the line, we take pride in being reliable, approachable and being there when our customers need us most.
